Facility Rentals

The LeMars Sportsman's Club House and Facilities are available for rent for corporate outings, parties, organization meetings, family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, and wedding receptions. Rental cost is $400 plus a damage deposit of $400. Access to building will be allowed on the date of rental only. Please contact Robin Willer at 712-540-5896 for rentals.

The Club House includes: -Tables & Seating for a maximum occupancy of 120. -Full Kitchen including serving counter, sinks, stove, microwave, & refrigerator (limited supply of pots, pans, and utensils) -Men’s and Women’s restrooms -Heat and/or Air Conditioning -2 - 42” Monitors available for use with your projector or laptop -PA system available upon request.
